Man stabbed by unknown assailant in Cayo

Monday, August 10^th, 2015. BMG: 23 year old Alejandro Galvez is recovering from stab wounds inflicted at a nightclub in Cayo, but has told police that he does not know who inflict them.

The resident of Clarissa Falls, Cayo District, is hospitalized at the K.H.M.H. after being first taken to the San Ignacio hospital.

Officers responded to the club on Bullet Tree Road after receiving reports of a stabbing incident around 2:30 a.m, where they found out that the victim had already been transported to the San Ignacio Hospital.

Officers then visited the San Ignacio hospital and interviewed 23 year old Alejandro Galvez, who had received 2 stab wounds to his stomach and did not know who inflicted them.

Galvez was later transported to the K.H.M.H for further treatment. Police investigation continues.
