Car stolen and recovered in string of motor vehicle robberies

Monday, September 7^th, 2015. BMG: A silver 1996 Honda Accord was stolen from in front of MCC grounds on Saturday night between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 10:25 p.m as the Belikin Fest, just a short distance away, saw crowds up and down the area.

Kori Dawson, the owner of the car, reported to police that when he returned to his vehicle it was nowhere to be found. Shortly after Dawson made the report, police were able to locate and recover it on Eve Street.

The car is valued at $8000.00 and no one was found in the vicinity of the car. Police investigations into the matter are still on-going.
