Hon. Johnny Briceño returns to court but case gets adjourned

Monday, September 7, 2015. Orange Walk Bureau Reporting: Orange Walk Central Area Representative, John Briceno appeared in the Orange Walk Magistrates court to face traffic charges on Monday morning.

For context, Briceno is accused of running over the foot of Deputy Prime Minister’s Gaspar Vega’s Driver, Christopher Hendricks, on January 22nd of last year at an event in the Trinidad Village.

While Briceno maintains that the allegations are “trumped up charges”, he made his appearance in court this morning where the case was adjourned until December 21st.
