Man pleads guilty to stealing stove

Monday, September 7^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: 24 year old Kevin Buller pleaded guilty before Chief Magistrate Ann-Marie Smith to a charge of burglary and harm for an incident on September 3.

According to the police complaint Buller was seen chasing the mother of complainant Nicole McDonald, carrying her mother’s stove in one hand.

She took it away and then they struggled for it, with Buller punching her several times, leading to the harm charge.

He returns to court on September 11 for sentencing.
