Teen shot in Roaring Creek

Tuesday, October 13^th, 2015. BMG: Gunshots rang out in Roaring Creek Village on Saturday night shortly after 6:00 p.m., when a 16 year old male was shot near West Star Gas Station.

Police responded to the call at 6:23 p.m. and found the minor at the Western Regional Hospital where he was taken to receive treatment for gunshot wounds to the right hip.

Police have since detained one man pending charges.
