PM addresses press, recommits to working for Belize

With 19 confirmed seats and a possible 20th still in dispute, the returning Prime Minister will this weekend turn his thoughts to organizing a Cabinet of no less than 12 Ministers, the maximum allowed under the Constitution with a 2/3rd majority of elected members, and plotting the way forward. He expects not to go beyond 14 ministries with 2 Senators appointed as well.

But he took the time to congratulate both sides of the aisle for a good fight on Wednesday, while re committing to work for the development of Belize.
