Analiz Gutierrez allowed to visit baby Nina

Thursday, November 26^th, 2015. BMG: On November 13^th, the heartbreaking ordeal of 22-year-old mother, Analiz Perez Gutierrez began when her two-year-old daughter, Nina Perez was taken away from her in a bizarre manner by the Human Services Department.

This came after Gutierrez’s ex-boyfriend, who is a Guatemalan National and resides in that country, filed a case against her for custody of the toddler, which resulted in Nina ending up with a foster parent.

There is some positive news coming out of this situation though, as reports have surfaced that Gutierrez has been given visitation rights and is allowed to see little Nina every day under supervision, which will continue to be the case until January 15^th of next year when the matter will be taken to court and this mother’s temporary custody will expire.

We understand that Nina has been happy during the course of this battle and remains in high spirits.
