Two arrested for weed in San Ignacio

By Chrisbert Garcia: Around 7:00 yesterday morning, the Special Tactical Response Squad of police’s special branch searched a home on Milado Street in San Ignacio Town, belonging to 36-year-old salesman, Carlos Lee.

The search was extended to another house which Lee had a key for and resulted in the discovery of 82 grams of cannabis in a transparent food container, for which he and 18-year-old Alicia Hernandez, who was also at the house at the time of the search, were both arrested and charged for the offense of “possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply.”
