Cuello’s gives back to community in Christmas spirit

By Victor Castillo Sr.: Over the weekend 52 families from across the Orange Walk District were given the opportunity to share in the spirit of the Christmas season.

On Saturday December 12th the Cuello’s brothers from Cuellos Distillery came together to spread Christmas cheer in the spirit of the season, visiting families with groceries in hand. The brothers distributed gift bags with various supplies to needy families.

The gifts bags included beans, flour, rice, milk, sugar, apples and grapes. The families that benefited from the effort were primarily from Orange Walk Town, Trial Farm, San Jose, San Estevan and Guinea Grass.

According Claudia Ramirez, office manager, “It was an unforgettable experience for all of us and we are looking forward for next year.”
