Orange Walk police make huge drug bust

BMG Staff:  Two persons are currently in police custody pending charges of drug trafficking after Orange Walk police busted them with over 180 pounds of suspected compressed marijuana.

Information is still a bit sketchy but BMG was reliably informed that the illegal substance was well compressed in nine parcels.

The estimated street value for the bust is a little more than a quarter million Belize dollars.
