By BMG Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting variably cloudy and cool weather with a few showers or periods of light rain mostly over the sea and some coastal areas today, then increasing over most areas tonight.
Winds will be blowing from the North-Northeast at 5-15 knots and the sea state will be light chop – choppy.
High temperatures today are expected around 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 84 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 72 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
A high tide is expected this afternoon at 12:05 and a low tide this afternoon at 5:23.
The Sun will set at 5:36 this evening.
The extended forecast into tomorrow night calls for some cloudy spells with a few showers and periods of rain mostly along Northern coastal areas during Wednesday, then decreasing in the night.
