Belmopan police arrest 19-year-old for accident that killed another

By Chrisbert Garcia: In reference to a traffic accident which occurred on January 31, Irma Celiz succumbed to her injuries sustained at around 1:55 a.m. yesterday morning at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

Belmopan police have since arrested and charged 19-year-old Maya Mopan area resident, Jose Coc for the offenses of ‘manslaughter by negligence’, ‘causing death by careless conduct’, ‘drove motor vehicle without due care and attention’ and ‘contravention of learner’s permit’.
