Orange Walk man busted with almost 5 pounds of weed

BBN Staff: An Orange Walk Town resident has been charged by police for the offence of “drug trafficking” after being found with almost 5 pounds of weed yesterday afternoon.

At around 2:30 p.m., officers on mobile patrol in that municipality, stopped and searched 33 year old Cortis Wade of Carmelita Village, finding on his person 4 ¾ pounds of weed, for which he was arrested and charged.
