Dry weather expected to continue

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy skies tonight with little or no rainfall expected.

Winds will be blowing from the East-Southeast at 10-20 knots with occasional higher gusts and the sea state will be moderate to rough. A small craft caution is in effect.

High temperatures today are expected around 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 93 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 81 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.

A high tide is expected this evening at 4:03 and a low tide this morning at 9:58.

The sun will set at 6:03 this evening.

The extended forecast into tomorrow night calls for continuing mainly fair, warm and dry weather.
