Government property stolen near Roaring Creek

9. CRIMEBy BBN Staff: Solar panels valued at $1800 were reported missing by the Ministry of Works’ Project Engineer for Road Safety who told police that on Tuesday while making checks, he noticed that they had been removed from the radar signs they were attached to.

63-year-old James Robinson stated that the panels, which are property of the Government of Belize, were between miles 38 and 39 on the George Price Highway before they went missing. The public is asked to contact the nearest police station with any information about the stolen items.
