By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight with isolated showers.
Winds will be blowing from the East to Northeast at 5-15 knots and the sea state will be light chop – choppy.
High temperatures today are expected around 90 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 98 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 82 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
A high tide is expected this afternoon at 4:45 and a low tide this morning at 11:07.
The sun will set at 6:23 this evening.
The extended forecast into Tuesday night calls for continuing generally fair and warm conditions, with only isolated showers developing.
