By Aaron Humes: Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser has ordered the CEO of Ready Call Center on the Burrell Boom-Hattieville Road, 46 year old Nubia Ramirez Moreno, nubia ramirezto pay a court fine and more than 140 thousand dollars owed in contributions to Social Security by June 20.

Moreno pleaded guilty in court, admitting that contributions were not paid for the 500-employee staff from February to April of this year.

Normally she would have faced three counts, one for each month unpaid, but the arresting officer elected to bring all three counts jointly.

Moreno was fined 500 dollars and ordered to pay the contributions by June 20, in default distress, as asked for by prosecutor on behalf of the Board Desiree Daniels.

Employers must pay their contributions in to the Board on or before the 15th of each month, or no later than the 14 days after the end of each calendar month.
