By BBN Staff: Over $5,000 was stolen from the secretary’s office at Eden Primary School some time over the weekend.
The secretary, Aurora Hernandez, 30, told police that she locked her office located on the the lower flat of the building around 3:00 p.m on Friday, June 17. On the following day, at about 7:30 in the night, she received a call from the school principal who informed her of the break-in.
After making checks, Hernandez says she was missing a black LG Smart Phone valued at $250 and $5,454.07 from her desk drawer.
Police are investigating the burglary.
