Teen motorcyclists dead in truck collision

By BBN Staff: Two families are mourning the untimely death of 18 year old Edwardo Chacon and 15 year old Henry Monrroy both from mile 10 on the Stann Creek Valley Road.

According to police on Tuesday July 26^th, around 10:30 p.m. police responded to a fatal traffic accident at mile 9 on the Stann Creek Valley Road.

Initial investigation has revealed that both Chacon and Monrroy were traveling on a Skygo motorcycle from Hope Creek to Pomona when they collided into a truck that was parked on the side of the road.

Both Chacon and Monrroy received serious head and body injuries and were transported to the Southern Regional Hospital where they were pronounced dead on arrival.
