Man goes missing during fishing trip

By BBN Staff: A team is presently out searching for Tedford Augustine, 36, who reportedly went missing during a fishing trip.

Gilbert Paulino, 23, reported to police that yesterday August 9, sometime around 1:30 p.m. both men from the village of Seine Bight went fishing some four miles off the main stay resort pier in the village in a small canoe when the canoe capsized.

According to Paulino he managed to reach shore while Augustine went under and did not resurface.

Police are investigating.
