By BBN Staff: Adolfo Mckoy, 50, is alive today after the gun of his shooter snapped. According to Mckoy, on Saturday August 20th around 11:00 p.m. he opened the door for one Adajjha Gonguez.

Upon returning to his bedroom he was confronted by Linsford Acosta who was armed with what appeared to be a chrome revolver in his right hand pointing it at Mckoy.

Mckoy reported to police that Acosta had threatened to kill him and pulled the trigger.

As a result of the gun malfunctioning Mckoy proceeded to push Acosta who in return hit him to the right side of his head, who then fled the area.

Police are currently investigating. Acosta has since been arrested and charged.
