Belizean Students’ Association of Jamaica prepare for Matthew

By BBN Staff:The Belizean Students’ Association of Jamaica has sent out a press release to note that there are currently sixty three (63) Belizean students residing in Kingston that will be directly affected by Hurricane Matthew.

Matthew is a category 4 hurricane that is scheduled to make impact on the island on Sunday, October 2nd unto Monday, October 3rd 2016.

The release states that the association has put in place a database system in order to locate each individual during and after the storm. They have also implemented several other emergency measures to ensure that all students are safe and accounted for.
