More weed found in San Ignacio

By BBN Staff: Yesterday evening at about 5:30 p.m., police conducted a search at the home of Isiah Azueta on Jaguar Street in  San Ignacio Town where officers discovered a black plastic bag on a T.V. stand . It contained seven transparent plastic bags and six smaller transparent plastic bags each containing cannabis.

The two residents, Adelita Ochoa and Isaih Alberto Azueta were both detained and formally arrested and charged for drug trafficking of 131 grams of suspected cannabis.

At a search conducted on the same street, Azueta  was seen running behind a house with a black plastic bag in his hand, then threw the bag in a nearby yard.
The black plastic bag was located and it contained cannabis. He was detained and formally arrested and charged for drug trafficking.
