Kareem Smith charged for the murder of Belize City taxi driver

By BBN Staff: Kareem Smith has been charged with the murder of Andrew Williams, the taxi driver that was murdered on Friday night.

Williams, a taxi driver from the Lake Independence area, reportedly stopped at a store in the area when a gunman pounced on him.

He died instantly.

According to police, Smith has been charged with the death of Williams and he is a known affiliate of the PIV gang and is the brother to reputed PIV leader, “Battery” Smith.
