Burglary in Orange Walk

By BBN Staff: Last night around 9:54 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a shooting incident at a residence at #13 Belize/Corozal Road.

Orange Walk Police visited the residence where they met 51-year-old Divya Padwani who reported that about 9:50 p.m., two masked men, one armed with a hand gun, entered her house and hit her husband 55-year-old Navin Padwani, to the face then shot her television and made good their escape.

Police are investigating.
