By BBN Staff: Reports reaching our newsroom is that a man was shot a short while ago near Belize Waste Control on the George Price Highway in Belize City.
The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Randolph Johnson also known as “Tunups” of the Lake Independence area in Belize City.
Information to BBN is that Johnson was with a group of men fishing when one gunman emerged and shot him twice to the back.
A source has told BBN that the victim’s life had been threatened one week before his death.
