BTL wins national women’s softball championship

The 23rd National Women’s Softball Championship was held from September 27 to September 29 at the Rogers Stadium in Belize City.

Six teams from three affiliated associations of the Belize Softball Federation took part in the games.

After eleven closely contested games, BTL of Belize City emerged as national softballs champions, closely beating out Roaring Creek Grace Kennedy of Cayo.

Fresca Lady Rebels of Belize City came in third.

The individual awards will be announced at a later date by the Belize Softball Federation.
