A man who stumbled out of his vehicle when he was stopped by police has been charged for the crime of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Mario Coc, 35, a resident of Ladyville village was arrested around 11 am on Sunday.
Police say they were conducting Highway Patrol in San Hill village when they saw a silver-color Ford Wagon Escort swerving across the highway.
Ladyville police intercepted the car at a speed bump and when the driver was ordered to exit the vehicle, police say he did so with beer in his hand and that he reeked of alcohol. While getting out of the vehicle, police say Coc stumbled.
He was then placed under arrest and charged for the crime of “drover motor vehicle with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit.”
