CITCO and BWCL end litigation

Tuesday, April 15, 2014. AARON HUMES Reporting: Belize City Mayor Darrell Bradley says the Belize City Council is working on settlement with Belize Waste Control.

This follows the decision by the sanitation company to end litigation before Chief Justice Kenneth Benjamin this morning.

The Belize City Council, according to the Mayor, has paid down its debt to the BWSL to two weeks owed.
