Monday, July 28, 2014. PATRICK E. JONES Reporting: Every now and then while out covering stories, my reporters would come across incidents they were not specifically assigned to cover.

One such incident was witnessed on Sunday afternoon.  A pickup truck was transporting many more passengers that it was license to carry.

And what’s more, those passengers were being transported in a manner which is clearly a danger to everyone in the vehicle.

This incident was captured on the George Price Highway on Sunday afternoon on the approach to Hattieville village.

Our reporters counted as many as two dozen people packed into the back of the small pickup truck.

And there were people crammed into the front as well.
