Galen University inaugurates Toledo campus

Saturday, August 23, 2014. JUAN CAAL Reporting: One year after it first began offering degree programs in Toledo, today Galen University inaugurated its own campus centre in Punta Gorda town.

During brief ceremonies, the inauguration was done at Galen’s location on Jose Maria Nunez Street in PG, with a group of dignitaries, students and other persons in attendance.

In 2013, Galen began offering its Bachelor’s degree program in Primary Education utilizing borrowed classroom space at one of the local primary schools.  Now, the University has its own facility and plans on being around for a very long time.

According to district representative Maria Roches, the learning experience being offered by Galen University is unique and will go a long way in helping to develop Toledo.
