Thursday, August 28, 2014. JUAN CAAL Reporting: In-service training for health service providers in Punta Gorda town is being provided this week. A two day customer service training started today.
According to the deputy Regional Health Manager Ruth McDonald, the training will go a long way in helping these front line professionals sharpen their skills in dealing with the public.
The overall goal is to make the process of accessing service at public health facilities in Toledo a much better experience for the general public.
McDonald, who supervises the Toledo PCP Administrators, says service to the public is the number one priority of the health facilities in Toledo and the public officers will continue to deliver the professional service that the public deserves.
