UDP endorses Town Council slate in Orange Walk

Tuesday, September 16, 2014. ORANGE WALK BUREAU Reporting: The United Democratic Party (UDP) has endorsed its slate of candidates to contest the Town Council elections in Orange Walk.

Yvette Torres is the Mayoral candidate.  Joining Torres on the slate are: Shantel Casimiro, Perla Pasos, Yahaira Vega, Roberto Hoare, Louigie Gomez and Aldo Vasquez.

The endorsement of the UDP Town Council slate was done on September 10 at the People’s Stadium.

Among the guests at the endorsement was the Honourable the Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Gaspar Vega, who is also the leader of the UDP’s Northern Caucus.
