The general forecast for Belize and her coastal waters is for sunny skies this afternoon.
Tonight will be partly cloudy and cool. Shower activity will remain isolated.
Winds over the open sea and along the coast will be north easterly at five to fifteen knots.
The sea state will be choppy.
High temperatures this afternoon will be around 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 84 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 72 degrees Fahrenheit up in the hills.
Low temperatures tonight will be around 67 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 63 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a chilly 61 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
The tides: there will be a high tide at 6:12 pm. This will be followed by a low tide at 1:36 am on Thursday.
The sun will set at 5:22 pm. The sun will rise at 6:17 am on Thursday.
The extended forecast, valid through to Friday afternoon is for partly cloudy skies with isolated showers.
