Weather changes

Thursday, February 5, 2015. BMG: A change in the weather is expected heading into the weekend as a cold front crosses the country tonight.
As a result skies will become cloudy to overcast and a few showers, periods of rain will affect the country tonight and on Friday.
Winds will be gusty tonight but generally between 5 and 15 knots. The sea state will be moderate to rough.
The Belize Weather Bureau has issued a small craft caution for rough seas.
Low temperatures at dawn will range from 68 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast to 64 degrees Fahrenheit inland. It will be a chilly 60 degrees Fahrenheit up in the hills.
High temperatures on Friday will be a comfortable 78 degrees Fahrenheit across the country. The tides: there will be a high tide at 11:02 pm to be followed by a low tide at 5:46 am.
The sun rise on Friday is at 6:23 am and the sunset on Friday is at 5:50 pm.
The extended forecast valid through to Saturday afternoon is for variably cloudy skies, with windy and cool weather conditions to prevail. A few showers or periods of light rain mostly over the sea and south are also expected.
