Thursday, April16th, 2015. Gwen Gonzalez Reporting: The Belmopan Area Expressive Arts began on Wednesday April 15th with students in cluster 3 doing their thing with pride and energy at the Belize Christian Academy grounds.
The students recited poems, sang, danced, and played musical instruments as they entertained their parents, teachers, community members, adjudicators and Education Personnel. The students received either a gold, silver or bronze certificate depending on the level of their presentation.
The annual event is coordinated by the Ministry of Education youth and Sports Personnel with assistance from NICH and school Principals. Cluster 4 performed today at the Agricultural Show grounds and students in cluster 5 will show case their talents on Friday April 17 at the Agricultural and Trade Show Grounds at 9 a.m. The final Cluster will perform on Monday at 9 a.m.
