Coach charged for inappropriate kiss

Monday, May 18^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: A basketball coach and delivery man of Belize City has been charged for aggravated assault of an indecent nature for kissing a teenage boy on the lips.

23 year old Patrick Swasey is alleged to have done so in December of 2014 while he was sleeping with the boy under a Christmas tree.

Swasey pleaded not guilty before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer and said he had kissed the boy on the cheek, not the lips.

Swasey is out on bail of $1,500 and the case returns on July 16.
