Hit and Run claims the life of 40 year old Sandy Sedassy

Saturday, May 30th 2015. Flora Pereira Reporting: At approximately 9:30 p.m. Police were called to the scene of a fatal hit and run incident that claimed the life of 40 year old, Sandy Sedassy of Esperanza Village.

Initial investigation is indicating that Sedassy was travelling in an eastern direction when he was knock down by a pick up truck. According to reports, the driver did not stop to render aid and so far no one has identified the pick up truck nor the driver.

The body of Sedassy was identified by his sister. Sedassy’s body was transported to the San Ignacio Hospital around 11:30 p.m. where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Police are requesting if any one has any information that can assist them in identifing the vehicle or the driver to contact the nearest police station.
