The Belize Met. services predicts relatively moist and unstable conditions

Monday, June 15th, 2015. BMG: The general situation over Belize is for relatively moist and unstable conditions to continue across the country.

The 24 hour forecast is for cloudy at times with few showers and thunderstorms mainly over the coastal and northern areas this morning and tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will become isolated this afternoon.

Winds will blow east to south east at 10 to 20 knots with occasional higher gusts. The sea state is moderate becoming rough at times. There is a small craft caution in effect.

High temperatures for today in the coast are expected near 87 degrees F, Inland 95 degrees F and in the hills 79 degrees F.

A high tide is expected this morning at 8:38am and a low tide at 3:42pm.

The sun will set at 6:28pm.

The extended outlook into Tuesday to Tuesday night is for similar weather conditions.
