Pot bust in Corozal

Tuesday, June 16^th, 2015. BMG: A resident from Chunox village in the Corozal District has been charged for the crime of Drug Trafficking.

According to Corozal Police, on Monday, June 15th, around 6:30 pm, they were on mobile control within the village, when they stopped a public bus and conducted searches on 38 year old Doyle Coye of the same village.

Coye had in his possession a knapsack containing 444 grams of Cannabis. Coye was arraigned in Corozal Magistrate Court where he was slapped with Drug trafficking charges.
