Police found a bucket of marijuana in PG

Sunday, June 21, 2015. BMG: Acting on information received, Punta Gorda Police searched a property in the center of the town and discovered more than 1,000 grams of Cannabis.

Reports state that the search was conducted in an open lot on #60 Far West Street, Punta Gorda, where officers found a bucket containing 1252 grams of Cannabis.

The drugs were taken to the PG police station and labeled as “Found Property” since no one was in the area at the time of the discovery, no one was arrested.
