Elroy Peters, wanted for questioning

Monday, June 29, 2015. BMG: Belize City Police are looking for Elroy Peters for questioning in connection to a stabbing incident in the Old Capital. Meanwhile, his victim, 23 year old Kevin Young of Boots Crescent Street in Belize City is listed at the KHMH in a stable condition after he was viciously attacked, allegedly by Peters.

According to police information, early Sunday morning, they visited the KHMH where they observed Young suffering from stab wounds to his right eye and left arm pit and his chest.   Young reported to police that he was at his residence socializing with two of his friends, when he saw a male person known to him as Peters entered his yard, and attempted to take a motorcycle that was parked inside the yard.

Young immediately approached Peters where a struggled ensued. Subsequently, Peters took out a knife and inflicted the injuries to Young.

Young was transported to the KHMH where he remains today.
