Accused drug suspect escapes

Monday, July 27, 2015. BMG: Police were not able to keep up with a man on a black scooter suspected of improper behavior on Sunday, but confirmed that the parcel he held contained illicit drugs.

Around 10:00 a.m. officers on mobile patrol began pursuing a suspicious individual on a black scooter who appeared to be diverting to avoid them.

The man got away but dropped a plastic bag containing 133.9 grams of cannabis which is now labeled “found property.”
