Belize Tourism Board to host annual tourism industry conference in San Pedro

Friday, July 31, 2015. BMG: Fido’s Courtyard in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye will be the venue for BTB’s Tourism Industry Conference which is slated for Saturday, August 1st.

The much anticipated event is geared at updating industry partners about the tourism accomplishments over the past year in the “Year in Review”, and inform on strategies implemented for the ‘Year Forward’.

Organizers say this year’s event will have a twist as there will be two informative sessions administered by local and international panelists.

Topics include Service Excellence: A Silent Seller – focused on hospitality and customer service and Digital Marketing, which will focus on branding, social media, and other online mediums of marketing.
