Canadian mom may be hiding child in Spanish Lookout
Friday, July 31st, 2015. BMG: Police from the city of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, believe they have narrowed their search for the missing 31 year old Robin Trockstad nee Greenway and her 2 1/2 year old son Treyson to Spanish Lookout, Cayo District in western Belize.
Robin Trockstad faces an Interpol arrest warrant for abduction of a child in contravention of custody order after fleeing with Treyson on January 5, 2014, while she was divorcing the child’s father, Chad Trockstad.
Chad Trockstad told 7 News that he wants his child back safely home, as there is a custody court order for him to validly see and have access to his son which Robin Greenway is alleged to have violated.
Lethbridge police say they are working with police here to locate her, but she may have help from Spanish Lookout residents to hide and Treyson’s safety may be compromised because his mother is constantly moving to avoid detection and at one point had been tracked down in Guatemala.
There is a Facebook page called Bring Treyson Home where you can post comments or give updates or leads on Robin Trockstad’s whereabouts.
If you see Robin Greenway-Trockstad and her son, contact the nearest police station.
