Hattieville Police visited house No. C-190 in Mahogany Heights Village around 2:30 this morning, and found a cream in color 2 bed room plycem bungalow structure 20 feet by 20 feet engulfed in flames.

Dale Guzman, a 29 year old Coast Guard officer, arrived home after ten the previous night and after doing laundry he went to bed with a female friend and her son around midnight.

Around 2:30 he heard broken glass and saw a bottle lit up and thrown into his bedroom through the closed glass window. He quickly put out the fire but another one that had been thrown into the other room had sent the entire building up in flames.

All occupants escaped with their lives but Guzman’s possessions were destroyed. Police are investigating.
