Police units recover drugs in San Pedro

Thursday, August 6^th, 2015. BMG: Police’s Special Branch, K-9 Unit and Quick Response Team conducted searches in San Pedro Town yesterday, August 5, which led to the discovery of cannabis totaling 1,296.9 grams, all labelled as “Found Property” since no one was in any of the areas at the times of discovery.

Around 7:00 a.m, the first search was conducted in the D.F.C. area where 1,228 grams were found in a white flour sack.

A second search ensued in the San Pedrito area where 8.8 grams of the drug were found in a Cheetos chips plastic.

Later in the evening, around 6:00 p.m, a search was done in the Bayside area where 60.1 grams of cannabis were found in a transparent plastic bag.
