Police remove more guns, drugs from streets

Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Searches conducted by the Eastern Division Police Strike Team over the course of yesterday evening, August 10th and this morning, August 11th, in the South Side area of Belize City, resulted in the discovery of several weapons, ammunition and a large amount of cannabis.

A 9mm handgun, a .38mm revolver, a flare gun/pen gun, along with several rounds of ammunition and 600 grams of Cannabis was found during the searches and labeled as “Found Property” since no one was in the immediate area at the time of discovery.
