Ten illegal Immigrants detained in Orange Walk

Monday, August 24, 2015. Orange Walk Bureau Reporting: Authorities in Orange Walk Town have detained ten illegal immigrants over the weekend and today, the men, women, and children remain under lock down.detainee

According to authorities, on Saturday morning while on patrol near the Come and Go Gas Station, they observed several Hispanic persons walking with backpacks in the area.

Upon further checks, the undocumented individuals were detained and are currently awaiting immigration charges.

BMG has been reliably informed that the immigrants are from El Salvador and will be fined and later deported to their home country sometime this week.
