Charged for assaulting and threatening police over alcohol

Monday, September 7^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: 42 year old Kirk Perez will learn his fate on Friday, September 11, after today pleading guilty to charges of assaulting a police officer and threatening her when she tried to stop him smuggling alcohol into the Belikin Fest at BTL Park early on Sunday morning, September 6.

According to police the woman police constable found the drink concealed in the front of his pants and their altercation proceeded from there.

Perez appeared in court today where he pleaded guilty to the charges.
